It happen that a bus was at the Humphrey when we were going to call. But it happened to be full so we had to wait for the next bus. The person leaving called and told us another bus was on the way. It came in very little time.

I have used Executive & now Park N Fly for 35 plus years & never have a had a complaint until now.. We arrived over 2 hours late at BDL & when I called after getting my luggage, called & no one answered the phone. I tried 2 more times with no success. Another couple was also calling & on there 3rd call were successful. I know it wasn't your fault our flight was late but someone should have been there to answer the phone or a message should have been on the with instructions.

The service was excellent. I no sooner got out of my car than a shuttle was there to pick me up. Pretty quick to pick me up at the airport on the return trip.

The whole experience was great everytime we have used you. The wait sometimes to get picked up from the airport is sometimes long but understand. Drivers are very helpful finding your spot and car which makes things much easier.
