Last night as I was walking up to the pick up spot I waved to your courtesy van parked there and I believe the driver saw me. As I walked up he drove off in spite my continuing to wave. The van looked almost empty.
This was not indicative of the service I have received in the past.

Your signup website was easy to reserve my parking spot, the arrival date and time, in addition to the pick up date and time. Your website applied the best discounted daily price for 9+ day stay. We prepaid the parking online in advance. All we had to do is scan the QR code from your phone app when entering your lot. Your attendant directed with available parking spots with shuttle waiting for us.

When we returned to IAH Terminal A, we went out the exit 111 and could not find your shuttle bus. After asking an IAH employee, he sent us to Terminal A exit 114 (for parking shuttles). We notified you twice via your phone app, but no shuttle. We saw another customer standing under the Park N'Fly customer standing under the sign "Park N'Flt Pre-entry customers." I called the phone number on your parking spot number slip. The recording said to go to Terminal C for pickup. As we and the other customer prepared to go to Terminal C, you shuttle pulled up to Terminal a, dropped off departing customers and picked us up. Pickup instructions can be clearer.

When leaving your parking lot, we appreciated the free car wash. Scan the phone app QR code and we were out of there, receiving the final receipt and times in the email.

Pickup and drop off at the car, for less money - and less walking - than parking at the airport.
