Usually, easy reservations, easy check in and out, good pricing and quick shuttles. However, the app has recently been unavailable in the Apple Store, and even though I had it installed on my phone, has been buggy with crashing and not pulling up QR code. What's up with the mobile app?

The process of booking online was very easy and straightforward. Finding the Cleveland lot from our hotel was very easy. Scanning our QR code to enter was great. We only waited a few minutes for a bus. Upon returning, we had a few minutes wait for a bus, but again, exiting with the QR code was simple. I would like to note; the car ahead of us at the exit was having an issue exiting, either with her credit/debit card or the QR code. After just a couple of tries, an employee came out to assist her. As it was late at night, that was reassuring, knowing assistance was quickly available should it be needed.

The thing that I don't like was the driver on our way back was not physically fit. She can't even lift a luggage.

We actually missed our flight the day before we decided to try Park and Fly because the long-term parking lot was full and we could not find anything else at the airport. We will definitely be using Park and Fly from now on. There was no hassle. The price was lower than the long term lot at Atlanta. We got door to door service and help with our luggage. It was a win, win, win, win!
