Convenient

I've used your services many times, both covered and uncovered, and it's nearly always a good experience. The staff is friendly and efficient. The way you help us find our car at the end of the trip is very nice. The buses are clean. The drivers are very helpful with bags and airport information. The only thing I can offer as input for improvement is a more frequent pickup route on the East terminal. The buses seem to go to the West first and fill up and then there is a line of people in the East terminal. But when I called the other day a nice person answered the phone and was happy to put in a call about getting some buses headed our way. Very friendly yet again. Happy with ease of use and convenient location to the airport. Would recommend. Will use it again. I always book ahead on your app.

The facility is convenient to the airport. Checkin is without issues. However, we did find it a little difficult to access the covered area of the lot due to a lack of signage of where to go. But, a bus was close by and the driver helped us locate the correct turn to make into the lot and even used his ability to lift the gate without us having to struggle to get up close and personal with the scanner. But then, we didn't even get our first of coffee of the morning it was that early for us.

Both drivers were good, but the gentleman who picked us up from the airport and drove us to our car was awesome! Friendly, thoughtful, just great service all around.

Drivers safe and prompt. Very little waiting for the vans both at the airport and at the parking lot. Again drivers were courteous and helpful.

Efficient and your driver RinH loaded and unloaded our luggage from the shuttle and even offered to load it into our car for us. We have never been offered help loading luggage into our car before. He was a safe driver and so kind to offer his help. A credit to Park'N Fly and should be recognized.
