The Oakland airport location has always been great. Shuttle drivers are quick to pick up and I like the new system of scanning my frequent Parker card.

1. 24/7 staffing
2. Staff assistance right at the very minute when I drove up to the gate of the parking facility, and this was at 4:30 AM in the morning!
3. Shuttles were right on time, picking me up quickly from where my car was parked, and also right away from the pick up curb from the airport! I hardly had to wait for the shuttles at all.
4. Shuttle drivers were very friendly, and helpful with my luggage, and with information.
5. Shuttle vans were very clean and presentable.
6. Friendly and helpful checkout staff leaving the parking lot.
7. Clearly emailed instructions on what to do.
8. Fair price.
