Service was perfect .. from arrival the driver was helpful .. a very sweet lady who showed me were to park as lot full and then waited until I got my suitcase and took me to airport .. when retuned the driver was waiting and was immediately taken to my car and was very helpful and polite as I was having an asthma attack and was very helpful in putting my luggage in van and then put in my car .. was so helpful .. at gate the lady again was very nice and helpful when leaving .. total experience was superb .. thank you to all employees

Your drivers are very friendly and courteous. They arrive and depart from the terminals in a timely manner, even though there is construction everywhere. We have never had to call to be picked up at the terminal. NEVER! That says a lot about Park ‘ N Fly! They always drive safely, transport, bags, light or heavy, with a smile.
Cashiers are just as nice and polite! I remember one particular hot summer day when we cashed out. The temperature was well into the 100’s and our car was still cooling down when we got to the cashier. Bless her heart, she offered us some bottled water. It was just what we needed! She didn’t have to that….but at Park ‘N Fly, we know you care about your customers! That’s why we won’t go anywhere else!
