As a long time customer of SkyPark (from 1991 until closing), I was used to their impeccable service. SkyPark sent all their customers to Park n Fly. I do not travel as often now, but have used Park n Fly several times. I like the organized entrance and valet drop off service. I like how the bus is ready to go at the front, with a short wait time. I especially like the extremely friendly staff that has greeted me and driven me to/from the airport.
So far I haven't had to call the Philadelphia number to get a pickup while I'm dialing, the Park N Fly van is pulling up! The location couldn't be easier! Right off I95, cheaper rates and guaranteed parking when I pre- book over the airport and I have no clue what way the driver goes to get to the airport but I know I'm getting there safely and on time!!! Awesome!!
I like the parking and it was great on the way to the Airport on the departure day. But when I get back it took more than 45 minutes the waiting for been pick up for take me to the parking plus the bus driver it didn’t look professional, he got a fútbol game in the radio and when we finally arrive at my truck he let my baggage felt on the floor.
Everything was great except the departure.
The reader would not read the QR code on my phone. The attendant had a little trouble with it as well, but finally got it to work.
