Long Version:
We showed up at a crazy time, 3:30 am. Yet, at this time, there was a gentleman there that was wide awake & respectful, who greeted us and gave very easy to follow instructions. He told us where to park, we parked there, and then the mini bus pulled up. The driver was a woman who seemed also very alert which is good to see in someone who is driving. She gave me a card that had my parking spot number on it, and then drove us to the airport. She also gave very clear and easy to follow instructions on how to get to TSA from the drop off point as well as where to go to get picked up.

When I came back from my trip, I walked out to the pickup spot, and there was a Park n Fly bus waiting. I hopped on, gave the driver my parking spot card, and we left immediately. He dropped me off right at my car and all was well.

Much less expensive than parking at the airport and excellent service. The bus to the airport was prompt, and we found a Park DIA bus right away when returning, so it didn’t add too much time to our trip. Both times, the drivers were helpful in loading and unloading our luggage and went above and beyond my expectations. I was impressed that the return driver took our luggage across the front of the bus right to the edge of the trunk of our car rather than just dropping them off at the bus door and leaving us to get them across the street ourselves. We are senior citizens, so I appreciated that. We will definitely use them again.

I appreciate the sincere caring of the drivers. Unfortunately, I left my wallet on the bus when returning from the airport. I live an hour from the location and discovered after returning home my drivers license, credit cards and cash were most likely lost at the Park 'N Fly Plus. I phoned the location, panicked. David took my call and to my surprise told me the driver (Anthony) had found my wallet on his bus and returned it to the office. The integrity of this man renews my faith in our broken society. I am beyond grateful and will always use Park 'N Ride Plus when traveling to the airport. ( I am a recent widow and this trip had been my first solo trip alone.
