Convenient, great courteous staff. No worries about our vehicle while traveling. Was unable to take advantage of the free car wash but I will next time.

Easy booking. Easy check-in and check-out. Consistently friendly staff (shuttle drivers). I will always book parking if it makes economic sense (less $$ than alternatives).

Driver Minh was especially professional, helpful and friendly. He's an asset to your operation.

What I didn't like AT ALL was the $5.26 surprise booking fee...never was charged "booking fee" when you were Executive Valet. When I called and spoke with someone who "walked me through" the online booking process (1st time booking since Park 'N Fly took over...I always spoke to a person to boook when you were Executive Valet), he did not inform me that a booking fee would be applied. The lack of transparency about this fee is disappointing and I strongly suggest your revisiting how you display rates so that a previously hidden fee does not reveal itself at the very end (literally) of the booking process. Please know that my comments are made constructively.

We cannot say enough about how much we love PNF!! We’ve always had a great experience, but I wanted to give a special shout out to Nancy for going above and beyond for my husbands lost AirPod (that happened to be in his bag, oops). We really appreciated how she made it a mission to find it!! Thank you sooooo much!
