His name was Rinh, and he was attentive from start to finish. He welcomed us home, made sure we knew he would take care of the bags, and was just all-around pleasant.

Great customer service

My car was ready in the valley station when I got back and they put air in air in my low tire.

Reasonably priced, friendly on-site staff & efficient on site staff.

All of the staff were very accommodating given my partner and I's situation. When we had to have our car towed out of the parking lot they drove us around in the golf carts to the car and to the front office. We were waiting there for 5 hours. Overall they were very nice.

Efficient very little waiting on shuttle!

They were very professional. Once I parked they had my ride to the airport waiting on me. When I returned they were easy to find. I dropped my Drivers liscense and went out there way to return it. I will highly recommend Park and Fly.

Quick and easy parking

I loved how easy it was to make a reservation. Also when we parked there was someone ready to take us right away to the airport. On our arrival, we texted we were ready to go and within 10 mins someone came to pick us up! Great customer service throughout the whole time. Will definitely be using them for all my trips from now on.

Please repaint the location markers on the ends on the covered parking structures. Some are unreadable in the dark.
