This was my first time parking there. I liked how it told me where to park when I entered. The driver however did not give me a ticket or let me know the system when I got on the shuttle. On my return I didn't know I should have a ticket to give the driver. Aside from that it was smooth.

The shuttles are always around so the wait time for getting on a shuttle to the airport or from the airport is never very long. The drivers are always so nice, helping with bags etc. even if it's 4am.
