smooth check in and helpful people telling about available parking spots, only negative was we could not get the scanner to work when we tried tom exit the uncovered parking lot,had to drive through the covered ramp and exit there.

Reserving a date and time to park is extremely easy. Everything can be done online! Once the app is on my phone and the reservation is made, I can see the QR code that will allow me into the lot. The attendant in the booth is always cheerful and friendly directing me as to what aisle I should self-park. I've never waited more than 3-4 minutes for the shuttle to pick me up then. I recently had a flight come in at Midway after 11:00PM on a Sunday night. As a woman traveling alone, I was a little worried about how scary it would be finding the shuttle. As soon as I walked outside, I could see it waiting for me. The drive was friendly, attentive and easily got my 2 bags onto the shuttle and then afterwards, placed them right into my car. He waited until I was in my car before leaving. I only have great things to say about Park 'N Fly! I definitely give it 10 out of 10 stars!

I always have a great experience with y’all, no issues.

Efficiency, always quick help at the entrance gate, never a long wait for shuttle and always friendly staff. One of the shuttle vans has a broken seat that should be replaced (close to the door). So grateful for this parking lot.
