First, let me thank Carrol for going beyond expectation. I had a two week parking stay booked. Week 1 USA travel, upon my return I found out that my car was DOA. I only had about 1.5 hour turn around before my Week 2 trip to Europe. I had to go to my car to switch luggage and that's when I found out about my car troubles. There's was really no time to take care of anything so Carrol assured me everything would be fine and when I returned we could get the car jumped. Guess who was my driver upon my return, Carrol, she pick up the power pack and we proceeded to my car to jump start it. It took three tries but we got it and everything worked out. Give Carrol a raise! :) She takes good care of her passengers!

Very convenient

Friendly, professional, and prompt.
However, this time when I left the scanner didn’t work at the exit. I tried it several times and then pushed the button for help. The attendant told me the equipment wasn’t working well and I should back up and try again. I did this several times without success.
Then the attendant told me I would have to back all the way back up the exit ramp and then somehow go across four exits to get to her window. This was extremely difficult as the ramps are made for exiting not backing up. I should have refused but I felt I was given no choice if I wanted to leave. I was unsuccessful and hit a cement pole with my car.
The attendant apologized twice for the equipment and I left.
This accident would not have happened if an out of our sign would have been placed on the exit with the poorly functioning equipment. It certainly ruined the end of my vacation.

Best airport parking experience ever! The Park ‘N Fly team made each step of the process a breeze. The drop off was extremely quick and efficient. When I arrived for pick-up, the shuttle was waiting for us and when we got back to the garage my car was pulled up waiting for me. I will absolutely use this service each time I fly from Miami.

Everyone is always very nice and efficient. They get us parked quickly and off to the airport. On the way home the shuttle is responsive and gets us back to our car for the journey home. The process is very non-stressful.
