Normally I'm very happy about all of your services, but this time, because you've been bought out by another company, things have changed a little. When I made the reservation, I read that if there are any changes, I could make it when picking up the car and that it wasn't necessary to adjust it before that. We were coming home a day early and should have been able to pay for one less day, but when I looked at the new rules, and when I talked to an employee there, I found out that the last day wasn't refundable since I'd already paid for it ahead of time. I don't really appreciate having to pay for a day that I didn't use the service.
