It is so convenient and simple! You bring your vehicle to the valet parking in front of the building, and then it's just a few steps to where the shuttle van is. Your bags are loaded into the van for you, then after a short ride to the airport, you and your bags are dropped off right at the entrance of your airline. Upon your return, there is a very short wait time, not more than 5 minutes, and often not at all, as the van is already there to pick you up just outside baggage claim. A quick trip from the airport and you arrive at your vehicle parked outside the shuttle van. Your luggage is carried off the van for you. The driver even offered to help me put my luggage in my trunk! Booking is really simple, and the cost is very low for parking. I would recommend using this service to anyone who asks and even those who don't ask, lol

Good customer service. Prompt pick up and drop off. Friendly drivers. Only disappointing thing is the place for drop off and pick up at Terminal 1 has changed, which added some time on to the process.

Very convenient and easy to navigate. I felt my vehicle was very safe and protected. And, the Bus Driver was super courteous and helpful. She helped us load our suitcases onto and off the bus both going to and returning from the Terminal for our flights. She was engaging, friendly and very personable.

I very much appreciate you business! They pick me up next to my car, help with the luggage and paying ahead of time helps. Lessens the stress! I've shared with all my family and friends telling them about the app.

Was a better experience this last time but my flight was on time so no problems. Last time was charged for an extra day because my flight was late and missed the time by 15 minutes.

So reliable! I never have to wait long! On my way home, my flight was delayed, I was exhausted and I couldn’t for the life of me find the ticket they’d given me when I got picked up. The driver was really nice about it and patient in helping me find my car. 😊 luckily I remembered my tow number. I wish I had written my ticket info down on my phone rather than having a paper ticket.
