Customer Testimonials
Pickup and drop off immediately at our vehicle. Staff is nice and it’s very convenient. The free car wash was nice but did not do a good job as missed the front end and hood of my car completely.
The pickup and dropoff services are always reliable and the drivers are friendly, always willing to help with luggage and handing out your parking space reminder. We especially like the option for covered parking as it allows us to get in and go when we get home in the winter. I especially like the app now as it allows me to track the shuttle after I have sent for a shuttle driver.
Incredible staff!
My wife’s in a wheelchair and they brought us right to airport in our car. On return they brought my car to the airport for us. Great service
Convenient and affordable…what more could you ask for
Very friendly shuttle drivers. Quick pick ups.
It works very well for me
Location to airport. Drivers are friendly and get picked up timely
Always safe and reliable. Park n Fly is the ONLY place we have ever entrusted our vehicles to when traveling. Shuttle service and drivers are great. Upon our return flight to Houston, Jose even waited until my mother and I got into our car to ensure that it was secure and cranked before he left two women there alone after dark.
Easy parking, and staff was friendly. The lady that helped us as we exited (11-12-22) at approx 8:30, was very personable. Have always felt staff makes the business. This was my second time using, and I Will be back when I fly out of Philly again.
Always on time for pick up, parking always available
Quick and easy plus reasonably priced
Easy to reserve a place. Personnel very helpful. I'm 75 and I think the woman at the gate had me park closer for safety reasons. That made a big impression. Feels like Park'n'Fly is a very safe spot to park due to the shuttle picking me up and dropping me off right at my car. Courteous drivers, friendly workers in the entrance/exit booth.
