Simplicity with a great value and service

Reserving the parking for our trip on line was so convenient. Got to the airport timely and the best part when we returned on a 12:30 am flight the shuttle was waiting outside. That was so wonderful! And, I must say the driver was the best!! He not only took our luggage out of the van for us but also placed it in our car! Please thank him for us. Linda and Jackie

My key fob slipped out of my pocket on the shuttle to the airport. When I realized that it had happened I immediately contacted the office. They found the fob very quickly and held it for me until I returned a week later. And even though it was 2:00am, they had someone there and they were able to give me the fob and I was on my way. They saved me a great deal of time and distress by eliminating what could have been a much more problematic situation. Along with the great rate I received for the parking for the week, the shuttle service was prompt and efficient to and from the airport. I did not even have to wait on the shuttle at the airport as it was there even at that very early hour of arrival (approx. 1:30 am). I was thoroughly impressed with the service they provided. Not only would I use their service again, I would recommend them to anyone looking to use that type of service. All around extremely satisfied. I give them 5 Stars for the value and service they provide.

I was getting picked up from SunCountry at 10:30pm Thursday eve. A bus just left when we arrived. There were so many people, we had to wait too long and 4 people didn't get on and had to wait again. There should have been more buses to accommodate.

Prompt and courteous. Made sure we knew where the shuttle bus would be waiting while the airport signage was still confusing. Bus was waiting at the terminal when we returned late at night. Reasonable fare!

Super nice and helpful driver. Car was ready and warm when we arrived. Great job all the way around!!!

The service is convenient , shuttle takes you right to the airport, then takes you back to your car when you get back. Nice. The payment system is confusing, you must keep your barcode to scan when you return or you get charged twice.
