Prompt and courteous shuttle service,

There is always a shuttle waiting for me to get out of my car upon arrival to the lot. The drivers are kind and helpful with bags! To return back to the lot after travel isn’t too much of a hassle, I’ve only had to wait maybe 5-8 minutes during my recent travels.

I usually have no setbacks booking the uncovered lot, albeit the prices have gone up. However, this past weekend starting on Fri., the online site stated it was sold out. Hence, I paid the covered fee for the three days. However, upon arrival, there were several spaces available in the uncovered lot. Further, upon scanning my barcode for entry into the facility, the lot attendant directed me to park in the uncovered lot. I found that odd! Why would I pay $18 + per day to park in the uncovered lot?!?! Basically, no distinction between either lot using the barcode. I will probably look around, and see what options are available after this past experience.

Everything was excellent! The bus was ready to pick us up as soon as we arrived, and as soon as we left the airport. Drivers were all really friendly and helpful. Zero complaints

Service right from my car to the terminal and back again. Rarely have to wait for a shuttle, though it might take a while to actually leave the parking lot or terminal. Workers are nice. I wish it was cheaper.

What I liked, was the fast pick up and drop off at the airport. What I did not like, was cars parked in the aisle behind my parked car making it very difficult to exit my parking slot !
