As I continue to use PnF, it is becoming more efficient due to the app. However, at my last trip, the app did not allow me to download "Add to Wallet" due to error on my iPhone. It said "Unable to Add to Wallet - An error occurred while attempting to add the pass to your Wallet app". GV 11/14/22

Fast Friendly Service! We were greeted with a smile at the gate and directed where to park. A shuttle driver arrived within a few minutes and loaded our bags for us into the shuttle. Upon our return we only waited a few minutes and a driver was right there to take us to our car. We will be using this parking lot every time we fly from Midway from here on out!!

The efficiency of the entire process from drop off to pickup. I was met at the front gate and given a location to park and soon there after the shuttle was there to pick me up and transport me to the airport. Upon my return, I didn’t have to wait long for the shuttle to pick me up and delivered me back to my vehicle. No hassle and no stress in and out no problem.

You are fast picking up people at the lot. However it takes quite awhile to get a ride from the airport back to the lot.
