Easy to reserve, quick in and out.
It’s a very easy system. I park my car in the suggested lanes and am promptly picked up by the shuttle. I am then taken to the airport in little time. Upon return to Cleveland, the process is the opposite but takes about the same amount of time, which means I’m returned to my car quickly. I then hand the attendant my prepaid voucher and I’m on my way home- so easy and quick.

Easy to book, even though I got confused about the lots. I paid for covered, but wasnt aware that there were separate lots so I ended up parking in the uncovered lot. I sent an email asking if a partial refund on the difference was possible but have not received a response.

Odine (spelling) was very sweet & helpful on Sun 11/13 around 9:30 pm or so. She cheerfully helped me with my power wheelchair & was very efficient in getting people back to their cars.
