I have been using your services for many years and the drivers are always very efficient and helpful. I have never had to call for pickup as it seems there is usually a van there within 5 minutes of when I arrive at the pickup location.
The vans are always clean and well taken care of. The price is very reasonable for the quality of the service.
My only complaint is having to pay an internet fee when that is the only way I can make a reservation. Otherwise it is a great service.

So convenient. Curb service. Attendant helps me with my luggage. At 80 yrs old it it harder to get those suitcases moved. Quick pick up on return home- right to my car. Well light lots and FREE car wash. Love it!!!

great all around services got there at 4:00 am was greeted very kindly considering the time, luggage was unloaded, went inside, checked in, went outside van was already there to take us to the airport, return trip went just as smoothly, waited maybe 5 minutes for the next shuttle, got back and my vehicle was in front with receipt in the cup holder along with my keys, I have been using this location for all my trips the last 10 years and would not think of going anywhere else.

Very friendly and professional people working at park n fly, the lady that is at the gate most of the time is always cheerful and happy whether its a 3AM or 3pm! sorry I didn't get her name, let her know that she ROCKS and is an ASSET to your company!!

After leaving my cell phone in a shuttle bus to airport. I had Terrell did everything he could to get me back the shuttle I took with Gimny (Hope I spelled his name correctly). Both work together exceedingly well to get me back to my lost phone and back to the airport in time for my flight on Nov 7th! Both need recognition on going above and beyond for a customer. Terrell was amazing in making all of this happen very quickly and keeping the customers flight schedule in mind!
