This was our first time using Park 'N Fly and I would absolutely use it again! It was the smoothest park of the transportation part of our trip. Everyone we dealt with was polite and helpful. They were very organized! Great service!! Thank you!

fast services

The service was fast and excellent customer service. Everyone was friendly

Efficient

I've been using Park n Fly (Executive Valet) exclusively for years and have always been happy with my service. Last night when I returned from my flight, Rihn was my driver. He took customer service to the next level. He met all guests with a warm and friendly greeting. He was eager to help. He communicated with the guests while traveling back to Park n Fly. Upon arrival, he carefully explained the new procedure for exiting the parking lot. To top it all off, he loaded my large suitcases into my car for me. I would never expect that normally but there were only 2 parties in our van and I loved that he took the time and care to do that for me. Congratulations to Park 'n Fly for having such a great employee.

Ease of parking and shuttle right there to take you to the airport! Plus how close it is to the airport! Very fast service for sure.

Inexpensive, easy parking, great customer service

Transportation back and forth from your lot to the airport was seamless - The buses were ready and waiting for us and the drivers were quick to help load and unload our suitcases. I wish the Cleveland airport did not put your pickup and drop off point so far off the beaten path at the airport, but that's not your fault - I'm sure.

Everything! Easy to make reservations, prompt shuttle service, kind employees, and great rates!

Easily accessible and quick pick and drop off shuttles

Reservation system gives me confidence there will be a spot when I get there. Attendants parking you and giving you a card for location, and the drivers are so helpful and drop you off right at your car!

There's always someone available either at the gate or to drive a shuttle. Parking spots are large enough and easy to pull in and out of. I have been to other parking lots with other companies and have had a difficult time rousing the attendant and getting the shuttle back after my trip. Additionally other lots have very small parking spaces making pulling in and out of very difficult.

I have parked in that place for years and have been very pleased with the quick service and when I called to have them pick me up after my trip they were there in no time when i got back to park and fly my jeep was sitting out front running the driver of the bus that picked me up took my bag and put it in the back of my jeep. I will be using them anytime i take a trip
