Customer Testimonials
Prompt pickup and drop off at your parking spot
Ease and convenience.
Quick ride to the terminal after parking, friendly drivers
It was my first time, and it was a great experience. Everyone was AMAZING!
Friendly staff and accommodations.
I have a large tall van that requires special parking. As I was pulling in the shuttle driver saw me looking for parking asked me to follow him, showed where to park and picked me up and my luggage and shuttled right in to terminal. Also when I was leaving it was after hours so had trouble with leaving as can't drive thru the exit lane due to vehicle height, the waiting shuttle driver got my confirmation number to confirm payment and then got regular gate open to allow me to leave. Have to say, great customer service on bioth, I am certainly grateful to both for taking good care of me!
The service was great. I booked online and the check-in check out was easy and smooth. The shuttle service is another highlight. I just clicked in the app I am waiting and got a shuttle service soon. I really recommend Park ‘N Fly
very professional and helpful drivers. Picked up by car and at airport very timely.

Got picked up right away by shuttle when we entered lot and when we returned from airport.

Promptness
The ease of registering. Quick pick up both departing and returning.
Convenient location with no wait for shuttles.
I had a great experience overall, the parking lot was easy to access, the shuttle bus to and from the airport was very convenient and fast! the car wash in the end made the experience extra!
Friendly helpful drivers.
Friendly staff in booth, didn’t wait long by our car before shuttle came, plenty of room to maneuver to get into parking spot (some parking lots have very tight isles making it difficult to maneuver into parking spot). I love that when we waited at the airport to come back, we only waited 10 minute max & when that was filled up, the next shuttle came less than 5 min. later. I’m glad they communicate to let the other drivers know they weren’t able to pick everyone up and that they left some people behind.
Website easy to use. Proximity to the airport. Fast pick up and drop off by shuttle. Great customer service

Easy in and out
Easy reservation process. Prompt service on arrival to lot and helpful courteous attendants. Quick and easy communication for airport pickup, prompt service and helpful attendant. Competitive pricing, good value for price.
Generally they are right there to pick you up when you arrive at the facility and also when your return flight lands…. We had to wait about 15/20 minutes this time after our flight landed but that was unusual…. And the drivers are so nice…
Easy to use service, friendly staff!
