Customer Testimonials
Convenient location near Midway Airport, Friendly and Helpful Drivers.
Friendly helpful employees. Location. I like being dropped right at my car
Ease of use.
The facility was clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. The service was efficient!
Thank you!
This is a very well run operation. Easy to sign up, easy to find (once we realized it was not AT the airport). Constant shuttle runs to and from the airport, so no waiting. Friendly drivers, clean shuttles. They even offered free car wash, which we skipped since it was snowing. Parking area was clean, no potholes, and the shuttle would drive through the parking lot to pick you up so you didn't even have to walk to a bus stop. They gave us a card with our parking space number on it and, when we returned, they dropped us off right at our car. Will definitely use this again if we need to leave our car. Highly recommend.
Good value, wait time was reasonable on pickup. Drivers were friendly. People who delivered car on return were helpful with directions getting out. Good customer service.
Friendly staff and shuttle drivers. Frequency of shuttles. Convenience.
