Customer Testimonials

Fast and easy to park and get to the airport. Our shuttle driver Joe B was great

Easy to use app and parking system.

Great

Quick fast pick up and delivery to the airport

Quick and easy

Easy and fast.
We did have a problem when picking up our car. We scanned our pre-paid receipt and the screen said we owed $81.00. (We had already paid!)
An attendant had to correct the screen before the gate would open.
This was frustrating.

Convenient, close , reliable

The app was easy to use. Very friendly and efficient service. Shuttle was accommodating to our needs. We did not have to wait but a minute or two!
We would definitely use Park N' Fly next time 😉

Easy in and out of airport terminals. shuttle schedule was within a reasonable amount of wait time.

Convenient location, quick shuttle service, attractive pricing

staff is helpful, courteous. . I don't think I've waited longer than 10 minutes for pick up. ( usually less)

Easy, fairly priced purchase and a great shuttle service. Went without a hitch even with middle-of-the-night service on both ends.

Short waiting time for pick up- personnel very polite

In and out very quickly. Pick up was effortless

I greatly appreciate how quickly a pick up is made once I arrive at the garage. Typically, I only need to wait a minute or two before a van is there. Additionally, I really enjoy the method of how you return people to their cars. The process is quick and easy.

Staff were polite and service efficient.

Easy drop off and pickup!! Drivers are very nice. Reasonable priced!!

Timely, convenient location, fair pricing

The drivers are friendly and assist with luggage. They will put it in your car too!

Quick, easy and efficient! Drivers are always friendly and helpful!

Friendly, helpful staff and easy process

Dropping off car was awesome. Shuttle right there waiting to take us to the airport. We waited for a couple of other patrons, which was fine, and off we went. The wait to be picked up at the airport was too long. Some other vendors came through 3 times while we were waiting to be picked up! The driver did apologize for the long wait and said there was a communication mixup between drivers. He was very nice but the wait was close to an 1/2 hour.

Excellent price! Easy to find. Fast pickup and drop off. Drivers very courteous.

Quick trip to the airport.

Polite and helpful staff. Quick service.

Great experience from beginning to end. Friendly staff

Everyone was very friendly and polite; drop off and pickup went very smoothly and quickly.
