Excellent Parking location and close to the Airport.

This was a big step in the right direction aafter a few years of (sorry there is no other word for it) 'horrible' service. Short of waiting more than ten (10) minutes for a van when I arrived to go to the airport, the pickup at northside was perfectly time with a van loading and it appeared that you had a staff emmber at the northside loading area for that very reason. Exeting was great too, but I passed on my usual car wash as I was going to hit rush hour squarely on the nose as it was.

I like how quickly I am picked up from my car when I arrive at the airport. And I like being dropped off right at my car on the way back.

The value of your service: the price compared to airport parking along with the valet service at both drop off and pickup of my car were both greatly appreciated.

Great

It's just a few minutes from the airport. You park your car and hop on one of the buses circulating around the parking lot. The drivers are friendly and help with your bags. They drop you off very close to your airline check-in spot. Same deal when going home. You get on the bus just outside baggage claim, take a short ride and get dropped right next to your vehicle. Much less walking and pulling your luggage involved than parking in the economy lot, more affordable than paying for the covered lots, and especially nice when the weather is challenging.

Drivers are always fast and friendly. This is a convenient and cost friendly option for flying out of Cleveland.

Your team of employees were polite and on time. you were prompt and helpful with unloading our car when we arrived. You took the stress out of our entry to the airport. We will refer you to our friends when ever traveling out of San Francisco comes up in their travels.

The easy access to and from the airport

Price, convenience of curbside drop off and car side pickup and drop off. Frequent shuttles are available from the airport.

Warm cars when we arrive at the lot!! And friendly staff.

Been using Park N Fly for many years. This was the first experience on the pick up from the airport was not good. Our phone batteries had died so we did not have access to the App. We waited at the pick up and counted 14 On Spot, and 9 EcoPark shuttles before a Park N Fly arrived. Luckily a gentlemen was needing pick up and had access to the App. After he submitted a shuttle pick-up, they were there within a couple minutes. It was unfortunate I did not have access to the App. Other than that, everything was great!

Close to airport. Quick service. Good, friendly drivers.
