I was traveling all day and got in really late. Just wanted to get home, but when leaving the lot I realized I left my phone in the van. I kinda freaked out but your staff saw me and calmed me down, called the van and brought my phone back and helped me scan out. They were amazing because I made a fool of myself but they came through for me. The girl at the gate even gave me a bottle of water for the ride home. Car drop off is very fast and easy, same way arriving to the Airport just text my ticket number and get an answer right away, pick up was fast and my car ready to go.
