First time we used the parking rental. Thr shuttle was right there and helped find us a parking space. He helped us with our luggage very nice. We are in our 70s On returne there were lots of people waiting. We pressed thru the people and our shuttle was waiting . There was one fellow with us and we left without further waiting. It was very easy. We arrived very early in the morning, parked our car and the van drove up to our car to take us to the airport. We were given a card with our space number that we gave to the driver when we returned and we were taken right to our car!
