Web/online reservation needs updating, but once we spoke to a real person the entire process was easy and efficient. Once we arrived at location and dropped off vehicle it was a breeze, everyone was helpful and professional. When we got back from our trip the pick up process was simple and quick. We will use Park N Fly again for sure.,

We love having our car waiting for us when we get off the shuttle. Also the employees are all courteous and friendly. Last night we had a shuttle driver named Rihn who was great.
Valet parking was on point. Minor miscue on pickup but Associates were courteous and car was available within 5 minutes. Good price done on line.

However I left on Tuesday at 200pm from your lot. There was a driver and she was terrible. No helping with luggage, could care less about customer service! She needs a refresher course!
