I mistakenly got on the wrong bus- the driver kindly took me to the right lot after the rest of the passengers were dropped off. It was over and above nice, and why I like to park here!
Drivers are friendly and they seem to care about getting their customers to the airport on time.
Everything went very smooth. Our first time using your service and it was the busiest travel dates of the year. Great job!!
Thank you. Keep up the good service.

Cars backed up.
Little frustrating.
Your service was outstanding. We have used PnF many time times before with great results, but this time my wife had surgery , a boot and knee scooter to get around, but PnF was absolutely fantastic in accommodating her disability. They dropped her off outside the Delta gate and picked her up at the Delta pick-up outside the baggage claim.
This was the best service we could have ever expected.
Fantastic, helpful, friendly drivers !
We will use PnF for all our future needs.
Thank you PnF !!!
Drivers on both legs of our trip were waiting and very courteous. Van was well heated which I appreciated. Checking in and out with our prepaid voucher was very easy. I will continue to use their services!
Friendly helpful staff, convenient location

Professional , timely, polite drivers
Very prompt and courteous ! Excellent service
This is the first time I have tried this out of Midway. I have used similar parking out of Milwaukee. I thought this was great. I was worried flying out of Midway and parking since we live so far(Arlington Heights). It was a breeze to find even in the dark! Gentleman at the gate was so very polite and got us through in no time. This was the Wednesday before Thanksgiving. Told us where to park and before we even got out of the car the shuttle was there.Returning was same great service. He was waiting at the SW baggage area waiting for us. Both drivers helped us with our very heavy bags and were very nice. I would use this service again. Reasonable rates and better than airport parking. Well lit lots so safety is good. Thanks again.
I just love Park 'N Fly Miami. They are always so kind, professional, timely, & a wonderful transportation option to the Miami International Airport. Recently the driver went above & beyond by waiting a couple of minutes to see if anyone need him to return back from the airport & it was like a celebration he was there!
