On my departure, the driver was on the phone with family. She seemed very grumpy and abrupt with passengers. On my return, a lady was in training, and she was so nice and engaging. I really liked engaging with her. She asked about my trip, and it was a pleasant drive back to my car.

Friendly, helpful greeting when I checked in. Both drivers were courteous and helpful and respectful. Friendly associate when I checked out. The area is convenient for me when traveling from Midway.
