The bus gets you to the airport in a timely matter

Kind booth attendants, big Texas space. We were immediately picked up, driver immediately picked up all bags and made sure I locked my truck. He waited as my parents (who are older) climbed in the van with people waiting inside! That was thoughtful

Driver on pick up from terminal once we returned was also fast picking up and dropping off, but did not help with bags. I had to lift all my bags to the main step before he would bend down to pick it up. It's obvious he has medical and physical issues so I did not pressure, but this particular service left something to be desired.

Park 'n Fly is a great place to park your vehicle when you are on a trip.
You need a company that provides a safe, reliable environment for your car and a helpful/friendly staff when you return. PnF provides a good service at a competitive price!

It works for me.. but, one of the main things I like is the car wash. 😕.. something wrong with doors on wash bay, couldn’t get wash on day I exited lot. I expect it after a one week stay.

Both my drivers to and from the parking lot were courteous and friendly. I was also pleasantly surprised to find the free car wash at the end. What a nice way to pause and gather your thoughts before heading back into the real world :)

Convenient in & out of Midway

That shuttles are constantly running between the parking site and the airport. Staff is always polite and helpful. I also like the cards reminding you where you parked.

I have one recommendation: make the telephone number to the help staff displayed prominently on the web pages accessed through smart phones. In the chaos of arrival at the airport, struggling with baggage and the weather, it would make reaching your staff a little easier, like when you can't find the shuttle stop at an unfamiliar or seldom visited airport.
