Convenient

Shuttles are quick and convenient to the airport

Text ahead

You are absolutely the fastest way to get in and out of MSP. I drive in, valet takes the car, and the shuttle has me at the terminal in less than 10 minutes. I appreciate that!

The gate keeper was very friendly!

How do I get a frequent flyer card? OR do you even have a card? Seems like I had one several years ago, but no clue.

Thank you, Name removed

Last week, I was surprised that we were met by two staff members. I used my PnF card to lift the barrier. when I was about to enter, I suggested that normally I couldn't get through the second lift, therefore, I had to wait for someone to get the lift barrier up. Which, of course, led me to beeing late at tines
This time, I was pleased that someone greeted us and informed us how to do it.

PS: How come So SF PnF is not listed on the website? I passed by the other day and I discovered that they are still in service. I could have used their service if they were listed for me to make a reservation. Thank to your response.

personable drivers

Both drivers were EXCEPTIONAL. Wonderful experience and didn't have to wait more than a minute for pick up and drop off when we arrived back in Houston.

fast, efficient, courteous

The guys working there were so nice both in the valet and on the shuttle bus. On my return to Philly my pick up was on time, nice driver and when I go to the garage my car was waiting. The texting of ticket number etc. was great. I was traveling with adult chid with autism which is very stressful and Park N Fly made my trip run smooth even during the busy Thanksgiving holiday. Thank you so much!!

safe and efficient parking

They were quick about everything and the driver helped with my bags and I am 78.

Excellent service!

The process is very smooth from reserving to being transported to the airport and back.

Cheaper than airport parking

IN AND OUT

Reasonable price, timely and easy access to and from airport, safe parking.

always a nice and easy trip!

Why do always have to wait a ridiculously long time at Terminal 2 in MSP for your shuttles to pick me up

Very fast and organized. Very little waiting. Friendly drivers.
