Parking is easy to book, and very reasonably priced. The last time I was there, the shuttle arrived 30 seconds behind me and I got to the airport very quickly. The drivers are always helpful and very nice

My last trip in September I received a text on my entry day with link to my info to scan and enter. The day of my return I received a 2nd text to respond and request pickup. Neither text was received this trip. Please either resume the texts or return your app to working order. Will no longer open or work on my iPhone 13. Have removed and reinstalled still does not work.

I am now only able to access my frequent Parker account via web browser.

Conveniently close to airport. Easy access and exit. 24 hr bus service to airport. Secure parking with valet service. Took 15 minutes from airport exit to car. Customer service was friendly and helpful. Internet booking easy to navigate and flexible to change. Bus to parking was there when I arrived.

It's close and the shuttles came by quickly and picked us up from our parking space and dropped us off right there too.
