Customer Testimonials

Convenience and reliable

Efficient and friendly

The driver who lifted my suitcase onto the van was so cheerful and pleasant. He helped take the suitcase off too. I was happy to give him a gratuity. The second driver was helpful as well. My car was ready to go when I returned to Park ‘n Fly. It was my first time using PnF, and I was not used to the Miami Airport. I had an excellent t experience and will definitely park with you again.

the people are friendly, fast service.

Online convenience. Courteous and helpful drivers and speed of pickup.

I lost my email reservation when checking out and your staff was very helpful getting me back on track quickly.

Price, and ability to reserve online

It’s very easy to make a reservation and you do a wonderful job serving us. Thank you!

Timely drop off and pick up. Drivers are very courteous and helpful.

The customer service and the proximaty to the airport.

Close at hand to pick me up, free car wash, water upon exit

your cashier was incredibly friendly and helpful when I couldn't find my code so I could check out.

Convenient

Quick and easy with a secure spot to leave a vehicle.

Valet and quick airport oickup

Everything went perfect except for directions for pick-up area 3 changed from original conformation to area 4.

In stark contrast to my September/October trip (where I waited over 15 minutes with 4 bus drivers saying "there should be a shuttle soon"), shuttle service was excellent this time. A bus arrived within minutes, and the drivers (both directions) were helpful and friendly. Getting to the indoor parking is a little funky with the common entrance down the road, but otherwise, no complaints.

Great location, the drivers were wonderful and competitively priced.

Fast
Clean

Great drivers for both portions of the trip. We appreciate not having to handle our bags at all.

Love parking here. It is so simple to park your car, shuttle picks you right up at your car, staff is always friendly and they drop you off at the airport. Great price compared to the airport and you knowbyou have a spot by reserving ahead of time. Finding the shuttle back to the parking lot is easy and they are timely. Lot is secure. I have been parking here for 19 years.

Everything was great, except that it took about 10 minutes and a phone call for the van to come to our car when we got to the parking ramp.
