What a fantastic experience! Everyone was so nice. It was our first time using the service and the drop off and pick-up were both wonderful. They come to your car to help with your luggage when you park and we texted when we had our luggage after our return flight and the shuttle was right there waiting for us!

Our driver was very funny and personable. He pulled up to get us from our car almost immediately after we exited our vehicle. He then cracked a few jokes and grabbed our luggage. This most recent trip I did not have to wait long at all for a bus at your parking facility or when I landed. However, the week before when I landed in Atlanta it was a Monday morning and I had to wait 15-20 minutes for a bus. Then when the bus arrived there were so many people waiting it filled up and I had to wait another 5 minutes for another bus to arrive. It seemed like the Regular Park N Fly had 2 busses waiting to pick up passengers. The other shuttle busses also had multiple busses waiting. It seems like you are short of buses or drivers.

The price is great. The drivers are friendly and helpful. I only have one complaint. It seems like the QR code you send, and the scanner don't work together well. About half the time I have to just get a printed pass. Other than that no complaints.
