My car had a snowy and frozen windshield upon my arrival back home. I arrived at Park 'N Fly Minneapolis at 11:30 PM on 12/6/22. I had hurt my left arm in Costa Rica so it was a bit of challenge to clean off the car. The shuttle driver circled around dropping off others and came back to help me. This was so welcomed!

We miss how the shuttle used to drop us off at baggage check level instead of baggage claim. We were not ready to lug 3 bags and a car seat and 2 year old that far. Would like that to become a thing again! Otherwise always fast and efficient

Both my way to the airport and on the way home were very pleasant experiences. I did covered park and it was fantastic.

From the convenience of the location to the efficiency and friendly helpful nature of the drivers, this is my preferred company when on my own dime. As well, I required the assistance of customer service. Tracy and Alexis were very understanding and promptly resolved my issue. My only request is that the instructions, devices and app be more streamlined to simplify the in and out process when prepaying. While the scanners ultimately work, they are finicky.

The website and app are incredibly inconsistent. Last time I tried to park, I couldn't use the frequent flyer code to get in. I feel like more times that not, I have trouble using the app to reserve a spot and get into the lot.
