What do you like about our services?

Staff is VERY courteous - I travelled to Phoenix and took the courtesy shuttle to and from the car rental center. The drivers had me load my own luggage and never said a word. YOUR drivers were very friendly, welcomed us, took out luggage, and gave some special instructions during the short transfer-trip.
I am very pleased with your customer service!
