Convenience. Professional. Drivers are always welcoming when meeting one at terminal. Clean. The feeling is that "Any issue can be easily resolved."

Note: the app is still a bit confusing, though. It could be clearer.

What do you like about our services?

Close to the airport. I park here almost every week for the last year or so. Your new rate increase is a little much.

What do you like about our services?

We lost our ticket and the girl had to take the time to look up our reservation and print a receipt. She was the only one working two booths, one of which the computer was not working. She was running between the two in the cold.

She so kind and understanding. She deserves a raise. At the very least hire an extra person to check out.

Two at the check out booths is not unreasonable. Not everything can be handled by computers.

We have used PRF several time and are always happy with the service. Respect your help. They are the face to the customers.

What do you like about our services?

Both drivers were outstanding (wish I could remember their names). Very talkative and personable. We left the parking lot around 3:00AM on December 8th and went to terminal C. Returned on December 11th from terminal C around 11:30AM. Please try to find out who these gentlemen are and recognize their professionalism.
