We have a wheelchair and the valet service makes our airport parking so much easier. Also, very convenient to reserve parking and so close to airport!
It's very affordable compared to other local parking lots and the shuttle service is great with car to terminal and terminal to car on your return.
We were hesitant a year ago and were having issues, but our last time at DFW was just the greatest. The van was waiting for us when we arrived. Our driver was simply enjoyable. On the return he helped us and just gave us the greatest laughs. I actually wanted to ride around in his bus all day just to listen to him and laugh. Great service and friendliest folks.
Very convenient and great customer service. There was no wait for the shuttle. When we parked at the lot, the shuttle was there to pick us up before we finished unpacking our luggage. When we returned, the shuttle drove up as we approached the pick up location. The driver was friendly and very helpful with our luggage.

Convenience and wonderful staff.
The overall value is good and it’s nice and close to the airport. I would, however, like to provide feedback on a driver we encountered on our day of departure 12-4-22. As soon as we parked, a shuttle pulled up and opened its door. The driver acted annoyed and impatient as we unloaded our luggage and took off our coats to leave in the car. I entered the shuttle first as my husband grabbed his carryon, but then realized he dropped his key. As my husband looked for the key, the driver continued to scoff and roll his eyes and make comments like “Do you need more time sir? I’ve got a shuttle of people here.” My husband didn’t hear him so he continued to scoff until I finally stood up and said clearly he was in a rush so I would grab our bags and get off. He was incredibly rude, given the fact that we had literally just pulled in and were taking a very normal about of time to grab our things. That was really off putting but otherwise the drivers were pleasant.

Wry conveniently located
I came back from Florida at 11:00 at night on the 13th. The first shuttle was full. The next one was about 10 minutes later. Patrick F was the driver. He called in my ticket # to the office.
When I got there to pick up my truck, it was nowhere to be seen. Patrik took my coupon and went to the office then to the lot and retrieved my truck and brought it out.
I feel that he went above and beyond the call of duty as it was a very cold night. He probably could have stayed in his small bus and had me deal with the issue of getting my vehicle.
