The drivers were very professional and friendly

Very friendly and helpful staff. It was all good. Only negative was I had difficulty finding the Park N Fly bus at the airport coming from the International Terminal to the domestic. A very nice shuttle bus driver showed me the way to your bus stop. Perhaps a diagram of the route would be helpful and/or a more detail explanation. I really enjoy your service and I will definitely use your service in the future now that I know better how to find you coming home.

I feel the parking lot was safe. The drivers are friendly and helpful. I didn't expect curb service drop off but, this was my first time using Park N fly

prompt pick up and reasonably priced

Upon my departure. I mistakenly left my cell phone in my car. The woman at the gate had a driver drop everything to pick me up to retrieve my phone, and return me in time to catch my flight! I will most definitely be back!

Friendly staff. Easy to get in and out as well as being picked up.

Easy access... at any time night. You need to work on being able to download to apple wallet.
I could not and called in.... It was explained to me that you were having issues for some time and to just print out the bar code. It was hard to scan from a piece of paper in the rain.

Prompt and polite service

Not too much to say other than the rate we paid was quite reasonable, the process for being picked up at the airport arrivals area was simple and our vehicle was started and waiting for us at the Park 'N Fly facility. Overall a very positive experience!

It was convenient and easy to get to.

Everything. The transport drivers are courteous and so is the attendant at the gates.

Only negative is the QR Code reader is difficult in some vehicles but it is manageable.

I love how everything is done in timely manner. The only negative is the extra fees. The fees exceeded the cost of actual parking cost. Especially the “”booking fee””

Easy and efficient. The company and personnel at the parking sites are well managed. Sites are clean and appear secure. Buses are clean and arrive on time.

Great service. I left my iPad on the shuttle bus Carmine, the general manager, went above and beyond to find me as the owner. He called to let me know I had left it on the shuttle and would hold it for me to pick up on my return. The day I returned he called me again to arrange for me to retrieve my iPad. That is service I greatly appreciate

Drop off and pick up is convenient and timely. Always construction or traffic jams, full parking lots at airport, long tsa security lines…Park n Fly reduces stress of dealing with all of this!
