Customer Testimonials

Fast, efficient service. Got me to and from the terminal quickly.

But I think they must have left a window cracked open at some point... there was a lot of moisture in the cabin when we picked it up. Weird.

The online savings can be great, all of the parking is on pavement and usually the busses are quick. This past Sunday was not super great having to wait 3 busses in sub-freezing temps to get to my car, but I understand we're in the holiday travel season.

Immediate pick up and drop off, no waiting. Easy to park

Price, close to airports

Indoor parking and prompt shuttle service

The staff is always beyond friendly. I’ve been using the company for decades and wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Shuttle driver Sunday night was outstanding

Convenient and easy process. Shuttles are always available and very dependable.

Quick and friendly service.

Just about everything expect your drivers playing load music while picking up than leaving the door open in freezing weather with no heat on. No way to treat a customer

Reasonable cost to valet, great service, kind staff.

The entire flow is very smooth. I will say this however....your website should allow you to go in and click on a button when you are ready to be picked up at the airport...

Other than that, process was fast, easy and professional and we would use the service again.

Returned to Oakland on a red eye from SeaTac about 12:20 am on a Sunday. Had to call for shuttle pickup. Super friendly & helpful driver got us to our car quickly. Reached the exit gate to pay, we received our receipt PLUS a couple of water bottles! Above & beyond services from Park-n-Fly!!!. Been using them for years, no plan in stopping. Always, Easy check in/check out. THANK YOU PARK-N-Fly!!!!

Prompt pickup and delivery. Great, courteous and helpful drivers. We always use it when traveling from Minneapolis.

We appreciate the services from Park N Fly Plus; they are professional and work hard at there job with carrying and assisting with luggage. I was very pleased that they pick u up and drop u off at your park location and to the airport. They even offer valet parking services. We will definitely use their services again in the future.

I spoke with a total of 4 employees while using the service and every single one of them were so very friendly. I wish I could've gotten their names to provide in this feedback message.

This was my first time using Park 'N Fly and I was nervous and flying alone, so leaving my vehicle elsewhere was another hurdle to cross. Everything was smooth. The location is close enough to the airport that I know I can be there fast and the shuttle will arrive quickly after I request pick-up. I followed the driver to my parking spot and he helped me load my luggage. He also helped me unload it at the airport. The driver was waiting outside by the time I came out with my luggage after my return as well.

This service made my trip so much less of a hassle and I WILL be using it in the future. In fact, I bragged about the service to my friend who picked me up at the airport in Colorado Springs at the beginning of my trip!

Thank you so much and I look forward to seeing you guys for my next trip!

Happy holidays!

Convenience

The access to transportation and we didn't have to wait too long

Excellent service and people. Quick pickup at the lot and at the airport.

Shuttle service was beyond quick for both our departure and arrival (which was well after midnight). We self parked and the shuttle pulled up as we got out of the car! In addition to efficient, the drivers were polite and very helpful, carrying all of our bags onto the shuttle (which was spotless). We will definitely use your service whenever we fly!

The ease, and the friendliness of the gate workers and the shuttle driver's. always so nice!!!

Good people like Lenny

Bus driver Jerry very nice. Prompt and friendly service. Easy check-in, prompt transportation to/from IAH airport.

The drivers are always so friendly and helpful

I love how close it is to DIA however the last two times I have flown (one was Dec 18 and the other Dec 5), we had to wait a long time for a bus. There were over 20-30 people waiting and most had to wait for another bus. I think larger shuttles are in order especially during peak holiday time.

Busses are prompt. Check in and out is easy. Friendly drivers.

excellent service!!

I like that you are easy to use and quick to drop us off or pick us up from the airport. Drivers are always friendly.
