It is easy to book parking space on line for date and time needed. Staff is always friendly and helpful. Drivers do a great job picking us up at our car and delivering us to the correct terminal. On return trip I never have to wait long for a pick up driver from Park and Fly. Thank you for your great service and great people

Efficient service. Courteous employees. Frequent shuttles.

Great!

Love it here. Close to the airport. The drivers are awesome. As a female, I feel so safe parking here even at nighttime. They were amazing to my parents a few months ago - in their 70s and don’t travel much. So, travel is not second nature. The driver made sure they had their coupon and we’re in their car safe and sound. Love this place - would love to see more coupons.

I felt that my car was safe while I was gone.
I was picked up promptly by the shuttle as soon as I was parked my car and picked up at the airport shortly after I called upon my return.
The shuttle driver was kind and helped with my luggage. The lady at the checkout booth helped with my scanning and tried to help me free my frozen windshield wiper. Really great service.

Courteous and respectful help with prompt service. I enjoyed the oil change service as it was very convenient.

I liked that I could leave my car n have it started and waiting for me when we got back.

Close to airport. Good prices.

Easy access and prompt shuttle service. My only mild criticism is that I am always asked when checking in what my license plate number is which I don’t remember. Should that not be on my profile as a frequent customer?

Simply love it! especially the shuttle frequency
