The whole experience was simple and stress free. Simple pickup/drop-off directions, fast shuttle with little wait even in a snow storm. Customer service was top notch across the board from drivers to check out attendant. Very pleased with my experience and as a first time Park 'N Fly user I will most certainly be back.
