We really like the timeliness of the shuttles. We never have to wait longer than 10 minutes. On Sunday when we returned back to Cleveland it was very cold outside and the shuttle was toasty warm.

Always there quickly to pick us up

We use Park N Fly self park everytime we fly out of Philladelphia. They are always there waiting for you with a shuttle and they are quick to pick you up when you call on your return. All staff is very pleasant too!

I've used you guys many times with great experiences. Yesterday's experience however was less than stellar. Myself and several other passengers were left for over 20 minutes waiting for a buss to arrive. We saw several other parking shuttles come and go from other companies, we even saw one of your busses go by empty via the first lane. So yesterday may have been a fluke, but it was the first time I had a bad experience with you guys. I will still use you for my parking needs in the future.

Better illuminated signage for after darkness.

In the past, the Miami Park N Fly didn’t have superior service but this past Sunday’s was the best! We landed on December 18th after a very long flight. We text the confirmation number on the card they gave us and got an immediate response. We then text the Door # from the Departures Floor and the last 4 digits of our confirmation number. The driver was there soon after! I love that new feature! Also, our driver was very kind and helped with our bags. What overall improvements you’ve made with communication, pickup, and transport. Thank you.
