Customer Testimonials

Very close to the airport. I love using Costco coupons.

Competitive pricing, pick ups usually frequent although that was not the case for my recent trip, 12/12 and 12/22 Drivers on both dates were helpful and courteous.

Great service!! Didn’t even have to wait more than 5 minutes for the shuttle bus!! Would recommend 100%

Quick and easy

Great customer service, ease in making reservations and efficient, quick pick ups.

The pick up from and to your car. Friendly drivers, app to call for pick, express lane out

Drivers and cashiers are always friendly and professional and polite

Prompt pick up and drop off. Friendly drivers.

It was fast and easy. I would use again the next time using MIA

So convenient and easy!

The staff is always warm, kind and friendly. We travel with our 6 year old son and they always make a point to greet him. The shuttle is timely and the valet is always ready. This has become our new go to parking spot. The staff takes pride in the way they do their job.

Great great service

Good price, prompt pickup at airport, courteous driver.

Convenience

The parking is reasonably priced and you can earn points for free parking.

I've never had an unacceptable experience. Occasionally it takes a bit longer than I wished for the shuttle to pick up from the airport... but this is occasionally. The norm is that Park 'N Fly has more consistent shuttle service than my experience with some of the others I've tried.

On this occasion I was very quickly taken to the airport and very quickly retrieved, couldn't have asked for better. Great drivers with shuttle service both ways who expediently assisted with luggage (tip these hard workers!)

I booked online and used the QR code to get me into and out of the lot with zero hassle.

Park 'N Fly Location is really great relative to the 880 Freeway both coming to and departing from.

Of the 3 or 4 companies I've used, my experience is consistently a good one with Park 'N Fly on 98th. I'll stick with Park 'N Fly from now on.

Very friendly people. Easy to use

Very fast, convenient, and great drivers!

Fast and easy to make a reservation. Easy entry and exit with parking options and quick service. Hardly any wait!

Service, driver and convenience

convenient, always polite

Very convenient and the shuttle is always available. The drivers are always courteous and willing to help with the luggages.

Quick parking and getting to the airport. Usually pretty quick pick up as well.

Great location, good prices and best of all great staff and great service!!

Fast pick up and drop off.

BUT!!!

A special thanks to our driver last night, Richard Abbott.

The best valet pick up driver we have ever had the fortune to interact with.

En route back to our car, he explained different properties at the airport not being used, their history etc. His manner of conversation was excellent.

Fast and easy. Driver's are friendly and helpful

Arriving in the cold in the middle of the night during one of the busiest times at the airport, your shuttle driver was MARVELOUS... He made sure our cars started and picked up those who needed a jump, got them battery packs and made sure they were safe. My car started, but I had trouble checking out of the lot--the woman working the booth was marvelous, calmed me down and helped me find what was needed and got me on my way. Christmas spirit was alive and well. THANK YOU!

Friendliness of staff, convenience, and reliability!

Easy in and out

Pick up at vehicle with parking space card.
