Very timely service. East to use online.
We got off the plane when the temperature in the south dropped to the teens and the wind was blowing like crazy. I sent the message to pick us up and literally within minutes we were on a shuttle. Will use this shuttle lot every time.
Ease of getting to and from the terminals, pricings and timely pickup at the terminals. Thank you for the service you provide.
Convenient! Friendly.
The gentleman who picked us up was tremendous. Waiting right outside the airport door on a cold day. Very helpful and friendly.
It is great to be picked up by your car and dropped off at your car.
Fabulous drivers who are prompt, courteous, and friendly. Love your newest buses. Appreciate the multiple improvements to the facilities at Midway 47th Street facility.. I absolutely would not park any other site. Only wish you had an ORD site.

The bus agents are friendly and kind. I
Great service
Friendly drivers
I would have given Park N Fly a 10+ if they would have drop off at the International Terminal. We do a lot of international travel and it's a "Hassle" to get you luggage, haul it to a shuttle pickup, and wait for the shuttle to the domestic terminal, unload your luggage and then wait for the bus to my truck.
Unfortunately, we are looking for another parking facility that drops off and picks up and the international terminal.
I have been a park n fly customer for many years from New Orleans, Florida and now Georgia, I will hate to look for another parking facility, but tired of the "sea bag drag."
Thanks -- If Park n Fly decides to drop off and pick up at the International terminal in Atlanta please let me know, I may be back.
It's well organized, shuttles are prompt and frequent.
