The staff at the gate has always been friendly, funny and helpful. The drivers of the transport van are always courteous and hands on with the luggage (even when it was 5 below zero in Chicago, the driver insisted we get right on the bus and he quickly loaded our luggage. The customer service is awesome.

What do you like about our services?

The drop off experience was great. We pulled into the lot and we’re on a bus almost immediately. I also love that car wash option being that your car is outside the whole time. Pricing is fair

Didn’t like that the shuttle driver (apparently new) made us walk from our car to the front of the building before getting onto the shuttle.

What do you like about our services?

I appreciate the MSP P&F shuttle drivers for their dedicated service: early in the morning (5am) multiple shuttles were available to pick up my family at the P&F parking lot and dropped off at the airport. Everything was easy and smooth. Just scanned my app at the entrance. On Christmas morning, a shuttle showed up at the airport terminal (silver parking lot) to pick up our family after one-click on the phone app upon returning. No issue with my car throughout the monsterous winter storm. The parking lot was maintained very well. Again, I thank the shuttle drivers working at the P&F at MSP airport. My first experience was superb and I definitely plan to come back.

What do you like about our services?

I have tried other lots and Park & Fly has been exemplary in service, the vans are nice and everything runs very smooth. Helpful to business and leisure travel.
