Location,time and service,

note that i was not able to get my 20% discount as the front office said i had already paid in advance so i cant get my discount when i made my reservation online it did not give me aoption the to apply my Travel Agent 20% Discount.
So what he said next time don't make the reservation online if i want mt discount wow that dont make any sense so i show up without a reservation and the lot is full i am screwed not right.

second the driver that brought my car up front from wherever it was parked Smoked in my car not acceptable,

Phil,

The driver picked me up immediately when I arrived at the garage to leave my car. When I called to be picked up from the airport I did not have to wait too long to be picked up. I really appreciated this as it was rather cold that morning.

Everyone I dealt with was helpful, courteous, and friendly. There are other parking choices near MSP, but this is the best I have found and worth a few extra dollars.

Reliable--I know what to expect.

The drivers were really courteous and helpful in getting the luggage on/off. Was picked up right away. Great service and it’s been that way for past 10+ years that I have parked my car there !!

Drivers are friendly and helpful. Always ready for pickup at midway. Thanks

Worked just as advertised. My one suggestion is that if a person pays for valet service, as I did, you make it clear that tipping is not necessary and included in the fee! Like many people, I don't carry cash any more. You can see, however, that those assisting at the lot expect a tip. You need to include this in your charge.

Very quick and easy service both times I’ve used this Park N Fly. Staff are always friendly as well. Will definitely use again.

Your services took the anxiety out of getting to the airport and back to my vehicle when returning from my trip! It was super easy and friendly!!!

Had a great shuttle ride before Christmas back to my car. The driver was super funny with jokes, poetry, kindness, etc. Everyone was laughing and clapping. Great driver. 💪🏻👍
