Customer Testimonials

Shuttle driver Patrick was very personable and helpful. Kelli in the office was also very helpful with a question.

Very prompt delivery and phone/text response

We love Park ‘N Fly. The service is always incredible and we feel so safe leaving our car there during our travels. It’s the only car parking service we use and recommend it to all of our friends and family.

Fast and efficient

dRIVER THAT PICKED ME UP WAS GREAT! hELPED WITH THE LUGGAGE AND WAS VERY PERSONABLE.

I always reserve my spot at this location. Been a customer over a decade

I called you and said there was no parking available in the covered parking - within 5 minutes the driver of shuttle 1040 showed up and MADE us a parking space - you folks earned my business that day. Thank you

Good shuttle drivers, good price.

Ease of use

The drivers were very helpful. I like the way you are delivered to your car.

I appreciate how kind and helpful everyone is and how it is such a great option for going to the airport. I have been using PARKDIA for 3 years now. Only downside is the price increase is getting comparable to other options.

The rides to and from the airport were very quick and efficient. On our trip back to the lot from airport, our driver was very specific about how to exit the lot. This was very helpful considering it was dark and snowy. Finally, when we got to the cashier window at around 6:30 pm on Tuesday December 27, the lady working that night was very nice and offered us each a bottle of water. The water was an extremely nice gesture and really hit the spot after hustling through the airport after deplaning, hurrying to the luggage carousels, and finally getting aboard the Park ‘N Fly shuttle. Thank you.

Convenient

Great just drivers and good price

I don't like to fight the traffic driving in/out of the airport. We are both in our mid-70's, and having the driver load/unload the large bags is a huge plus. Both of our drivers this past trip were especially caring.

Always prompt pick up and excellent service Anna was wonderful on 12/27/22. She assisted me putting my luggage into my car.

Reasonably quick pick-up,

It was very quick work to enter the garage, drop off the car and proceed to the airport. The shuttle was just getting to the airport when I walked to the pick-up point, and my car was ready when we arrived at the garage.
